Terms & Conditions:

All orders are custom and built to order. OFS cannot offer any returns on delivered product. Once an order has been acknowledged, it cannot be altered or cancelled for any reason.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

OFS offers Standard Delivery Service on cubicle workstations anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. There will be additional charges for shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States. Parts orders will incur additional charges. All orders ship via truck freight. Our products are shipped on wood pallets and will be boxed or shrink wrapped, and banded. Our Standard Delivery Service includes tailgate delivery, which will require a commercial loading dock at the customer location. If your location does not include a commercial loading dock, then we offer Lift Gate Delivery Service at a small additional fee. With this service, out freight company will use a lift gate on the back of the truck to unload your pallets to the ground. Inside delivery is NOT included. Please inquire for pricing on any non standard services. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing shipment tracking information. When your order arrives, please check the shipment for damage. Claims for damage should be filed by the consignee with the carrier within 5 days of delivery. You are also protected for "concealed" damage if you file a claim within 5 days.

Product Warranty:

OFS warrants it's system furniture products to the original purchaser for a period of 10 years. This warranty covers against defects in materials and workmanship found during normal usage of the product. A product will not be considered defective if it is not installed in a proper manner. At OFS's option, product repair is the Customer's exclusive remedy for any and all product defects.

Installation:

Our cubicles require only light carpentry skills to install. If you prefer not to install yourself, OFS can provide turnkey cubicles installation and project management services. Your cubicles will be installed by professional installers, which will include the removal of all packaging materials from your location. For installation requirements, please contact your customer service representitive for a custom quote. For cubicles that require an electrical system, the Customer will be responsible to provide a licensed electrician to connect our electrical feed to the building power.

Representation of Products:

We take every effort to represent our products accurately, please understand that they are all produced to order and may vary slightly in appearance as to images on our website. The reproduction of colors are as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colors depending on the calibration settings of individual monitors. Therefore the shade and finish of the desktops, fabric and colors may vary slightly from the photographic images you will see on our website.
